Do I have to take Part One and Part Two of a program to get the certificate?

At the end of each Level, you will receive a certificate of completion. However, in order to get the certificate for Ayurveda Health Counselor or Ayurveda Health Practitioner, you must complete all components of the program.

What am I eligible to do after the first level?

After Level 1: Ayurveda Health Counselor Part 1, students are eligible to teach workshops and educate their communities with the knowledge they have learned. Additionally, Ayurveda Health Counselor Part 1 will provide you with a great foundational knowledge to combine with other modalities such as yoga, massage therapy, and other wellness modalities. It is not until after the completion of Ayurveda Health Counselor Parts 1 and 2 that students are able to work one-on-one with clients.

Am I eligible to teach workshops during the first level of training?

During the first level, you will be able to teach workshops that demonstrate components of basic lifestyle changes. Additionally, during Level 4: Ayurveda Health Practitioner Part 2 Internship, you will be required to teach five workshops in order to complete the training.

What do the internships entail?

Each internships includes either a 8-day or 10-day intensive, depending on the level of the program. Within these programs, you will hold either 50 or 100 client visits. During these visits, you will meet with each clients, assess the doshas, and work with lifestyle changes to support overall balance.
